Thank you for being here! Please fill out all application questions to the best of your ability. This application is for demographic information and each email address can only be used for one application.  If you have a friend or family member who would like to apply, they must use their own email address in order to create their own volunteer profile.  Information on role/time opportunities will be available to you once your application is approved. You will receive an email notification and gain access to the list of jobs and times that are open and can sign up for what you would like. In return for your service, you will receive admission to the festival and this year's festival t-shirt.

We offer the option for Junior Volunteers to help out on certain teams. Volunteers that are 14 and older can sign up with permission of a parent or guardian. If you are 14-17 and would like to sign up, please have a parent or guardian fill out the permission slip at the end of the application. We will not be able to include minors unless they have this document signed.

To best prepare our volunteers for this year's festival, Hillfest will hold a volunteer meeting prior to the start of the event. This will be a mandatory meeting held via Zoom prior to the event (details to come). During the Zoom, volunteers will meet their team leaders, learn their role, and can ask questions.

We look forward to seeing you all this July!

We ask that all volunteers adhere to a simple code of conduct while representing our festival. Volunteers are expected to act honestly, conscientiously, reasonably and in good faith at all times when carrying out their duties and in their relationships or interactions with other people. It is their duty to support our community and attendees with the utmost respect and safety in mind through-out the event. By signing this code of conduct, you are agreeing that all information on your application is honest and truthful. You agree to maintain these ethics throughout your role as a volunteer and support our mission to the best of your ability.

I understand that I will be provided with the orientation and training necessary for the safe and responsible performance of the duties assigned. I will be expected to meet all the requirements of the position. Should I require emergency medical treatment, first aid, or transportation to a hospital or medical facility as a result of illness or injury associated with my participation in volunteering with Hillfest or related activities, I consent to any such treatment, first aid and/or transportation that may be provided to me and understand that Hillfest will not be responsible for any costs associated. I understand that I will be participating in physical activity associated with my role, and consent that I am in sound condition to do so. I acknowledge that I will receive admission to the festival and a t-shirt in return for my service.
