How to sign up to be a Hillfest volunteer: 

Step 1. Fill out the form below with your name and email.  

Step 2. Select the "Access Your Profile" button and fill out our volunteer information form. Here you will indicate your shift and team preferences and note any medical conditions, emergency contacts, and any experience you have for our records. 

Step 3. We will review your application and assign you a volunteer shift based on your preferences noted.  We will do our best to accommodate your team and shift prefernces, but it is not guaranteed.  Once assigned, you will receive a notification via email or text noting your assigned shift.  If for some reason, you are unable to accommodate the assignment you MUST email volunteers@hillfestevents.com by June 19th to change or cancel.  No-shows will be removed from future volunteer opportunities.

You must be 14 or older to volunteer for Hillfest.

Some positions require you to be 18 years or older. 

Each email address is linked to your individual volunteer profile and can only be used for one application. If you have a friend or family member who would like to apply, they must use their own email address in order to create their own volunteer profile.
