How to sign up to be a Hillfest volunteer: 

Step 1. Fill out the form below with your name and email

Step 2. Select the "Access Your Profile" button and fill out our volunteer information form. This contains information about medical conditions, emergency contacts, and any experience you have for our records. 

Step 3. Once approved, you will receive an email with a link to select a role and shift time for Hillfest 2025!

*Please Note: 

Applicants must be 18 years or older to volunteer on their own.  Ages 14-17 may apply to volunteer, but they will need a parent or guardian signature. 

Each email address is linked to your individual volunteer profile and can only be used for one application. If you have a friend or family member who would like to apply, they must use their own email address in order to create their own volunteer profile.
